As I filled my water bottle in the stream in the foreground, Cerro Fitzroy (Named after the captain of the H.M.S. Beagle) was completely hidden by clouds. Then, sudden strong winds cleared the sky revealing Fitzroy's towering spires under a magnificent Patagonian sun. [more]
